Billy Graham

This is a 20" x 16" portrait in acrylics of American Evangelist Billy Graham. In this portrait I am attempting to capture some of the man's intense character and personality, through the painted medium. It has been said that Billy has preached in person to more people around the world than anyone who has ever lived. He is indeed worthy of the title 'America's Finest', which is a current ongoing project with English artist and illustrator Rob Kirbyson. We will continue with further American figures in the project, both of us painting a portrait of the chosen subject in our own styles.
