Grand Canyon Impression 2

An original abstract painting in acrylic and ink by Aitch. This small (8 x 6 inches)painting is the second in a series of paintings inspired by a visit to the Grand Canyon during the summer of 2007. The colours and layers seen at sundown over the South Rim of the Grand Canyon are breath-taking. Metallic paints and acrylic inks were combined with a palette knife to create this multi-layered painting. Date of completetion: 3rd November 2007
